Motorola Xoom, 1st Tablet PC Android 3.0 (Honeycomb)

1 of the most awaited tablet Personal Computer has now been officially introduced to the public at the International CES 2011, in Las Vegas. Is Motorola Xoom, tablet PC generation 10.1-inch screen size that comes with dual-core processor 1 GHz Nvidia Tegra two.

Xoom is also the 1st to adopt the tablet Personal Computer platform Android version 3.0 Honeycomb. In the market later this PC tablet will face strong rivals, iPad 2.


Xoom comes in glossy makeup, with a 10.1-inch diagonal display at a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. 3G technology comes in tablet output this Tablet, where the latter can be upgraded to support LTE 4G network. In addition to the 'brain' NVidia Tegra chip 2, Motorola Xoom is also supported with 1GB of DDR2 RAM that is able to make it run smoothly.

Motorola Xoom PC Tablet has 32GB of internal memory, which can be expanded with microSD memory cards up to 32GB. NVidia Tegra 2 in this Motorola is allowed to execute the 1080p HD video files and streaming video. Chip in the tablet SoC has been able to run Unreal Engine 3.0 and 3D graphics that are richer in supporting a lot of games.

Browser of Motorola Xoom also supported by Adobe Flash Player 10.1, to be able to browse and display web pages full of flash content properly. The Motorola Xoom is also strengthened by the gyroscope, accelerometer, barometer and the e-compass.

This Motorola Xoom embed 5 MP camera with LED flash and zoom facilities. The camera also can record 720p video size. There is also a front camera 2MP, to access video chat via Google Talk.

For wireless connections, PC Tablet Xoom has Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n (2.4 GHz and 5GHz bands), Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR. The Motorola

Xoom Tablet also offers support for Microsoft Exchange, to synchronize email-FAME corporate users in addition to GMail. Viewer facilities to edit file documents were already provided in this PC tablet.
